The Fiat 131 Abarth Rally developed from the Fiat 131 Mirafiori made its debut in 1976, and became champion in global rally races in 1977 and 1978. The kit depicts the Olio Fiat’s livery. 4WD assembly kit, TT-02 Chassis, ESC included, Type 540 Torque- Tuned Motor, Polycarbonat-body, shaft driven, Manual WARNING! Read carefully and fully understand the instructions before commencing assembly. A supervising adult should also read the instructions if a child assembles the model. The origin of M-chassis series history goes back to December 1994, and this series has been popular due to cost-effective kits with a wide choice of bodies, ease of maintenance and control for any users, great 2WD performance and rigidity. The new MB-01 chassis continues that tradition, and allows six setups by choosing from three types of wheelbase, and front- or rear- wheel drive system. Its first body recreates the Fiat Abarth 1000 TCR Berlina Corse which was a car developed with high level tune-ups based upon the compact 2-door Fiat 600. The body is pre-painted.The muscular form had front and rear over fenders, a large radiator cover integrated with the front bumper, and horizontally-opened engine hood. A 982cc inline-4 engine capable of over 110hp underpinned its powerful performance. 2WD assembly Kit, MB-01 Chassis, Electronic speed controller, 540 motor, Double wishbone, 3 wheelbases, user guide, pre-painted polycarbonat body WARNING! Article number: 300020069 Product: 1:20 Fiat 131 Abarth Rally Olio This 1/20 Grand Prix Collection series static model depicts the Olio Fiat navy blue and yellow liveried 131 Abarth, which was the WRC rally champion in 1977. The real car was an Abarth-tuned version of the Fiat 131 Mirafiori with a 215hp 2-liter engine; it was extremely lightweight thanks to extensive use of FRP and aluminum across its body. It made a rally debut in 1976 and took titles in '77, '78 and '80. This is the first re-issue for the venerable Tamiya kit in 21 years, and the first time with this new livery. About the Model • This is a 1/20 scale plastic model assembly kit. Length: 208mm, width: 98mm. • The classic, boxy form with distinctive overfenders and spoilers is captured in style. • Features detailed renderings of the 2-liter engine, roll cage-equipped interior, suspension and even the inside of the car's trunk. • High quality Cartograf decals are used to capture the sponsors in the classy livery.
